We got our Financial Statement Analysis report and scored very high. The comment for the class presentation (the Charlie's Angels episode, investigating the company's book, in costume, the prof in the role of Charlie, with plastic guns, a script, theme music and loads of original pictures from the TV series) was "best in class".

Actually, I really liked some of the presentations that we did. an MBA program provides a great opportunity to have a lot of fun while talking about something serious.

I remember our presentation on Intel's investment in Costa Rica: I was Miss Costa Rica and my teammate was Jiminy Cricket, the consultant that was helping Costa Rica make a decision about Intel and some industry cluster. We had brought some bananas and threw them around the class, we started off like a movie with a Central America cool song, we ended up with a proper movie ending with credits (including the Royal figures of Spain, etc...) and populated the presentation about the country with pictures I took while I went backpacking there.

I remember our IPA presentation with General D., The Minister of Finance in the West Africa country of Petrolia, and the assembly of counselors debating live whether the country should remain a benevolent dictatorship while undergoing major economic reform or adopt standards of democracy and hold elections before any stability is achieved and without an educated population or proper infrastructure, etc...

In all these acted presentations, we had proper scripts to make sure that everything would be well coordinated and delivered in the allotted time.

Loads and loads of fun...
